The Family Justice Courts (FJC) is opened from 8.30 am to 6:00 pm from Monday through Thursday, and from 8.30 am to 5:30 pm on Friday. Our operations are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

You may also write to us. We will try our best to attend to you, as far as possible.

Please note, however, that we cannot comment on or respond to queries about the merits of any case before the court, whether pending, disposed of or intended to be commenced. We are also not in a position to offer legal advice.

In addition, feedback pertaining to judicial conduct will be forwarded to the Chief Executive and the Office of Public Affairs in the Supreme Court. They will attend to the feedback and provide the Chief Justice with the necessary fact-finding and administrative support. As Head of the Judiciary, the Chief Justice is ultimately responsible for judicial conduct and standards in Singapore.

Since 5 May 2014, the URA carparks in front of the State Courts have been closed to make way for the construction of the new State Courts Complex.

Alternative carparks are at:

  • People's Park Centre,
  • Furama City Centre Singapore,
  • Chinatown Point,
  • Central Square,
  • Central Mall,
  • Blk 54 Chin Swee Road (Multi-storey car park) and
  • Blk 8A Jalan Kukoh (Multi-storey car park).

Nearest MRT stations: Chinatown (NE4, DT19) and Clarke Quay (NE5)

Bus Services: There are major bus stops along Havelock Road, Eu Tong Sen Street and New Bridge Road.

Nearest MRT station: Tanjong Pagar (EW 15) and Telok Ayer (DT 18).

Bus Services: There are major bus stops along South Bridge Road or Cecil Street.
