All Court/chamber proceedings in Singapore are conducted in English. Interpreters Section provides language interpretation in the Family Justice Courts (FJC) legal proceedings for those who do not understand or speak English language.

A party requiring the services of an Interpreter of the Court for himself/herself or any of his/her witnesses at a hearing/chamber may refer to Practice Directions Amendments No. 3 of 2017 of FJC.
